Talk to Jimmy about the floor
One business day for a callback, a walkthrough within the week, and real pricing in your hands before anything is scheduled.

Three ways to reach us
Call if you want an answer now. Send the form if it is easier, and Jimmy will come back to you within one business day. Either way the next step is the same, which is somebody standing on your concrete looking at it properly.
There is no charge for the walkthrough and no obligation attached to it. If the honest answer is that your slab needs work before a coating makes sense, that is what you will be told.

Tell us about the floor
The more you can tell us about the space and the condition of the concrete, the more useful the first call is.
What happens after you send it
Jimmy calls you back within one business day. That first call is short. He is working out what the space is, what condition the concrete is in and whether there is anything about it that needs looking at in person before a number means anything.
Then the walkthrough. He comes out, measures up, checks the slab, tests for moisture where the room calls for it, and brings the physical flake samples with him. Choosing a blend off a screen is guesswork, because chip color reads completely differently under a garage fluorescent than it does in daylight, so the samples come to you.
You get real pricing from that visit, along with anything he found in the concrete. If a slab needs repair, the cost of that repair is in the number you are given rather than added later. No hidden fees and no surprises is the promise the company was built on, and it only means anything if the surprises get raised before the work rather than during it.
If you decide to go ahead, we book a date. Interior work usually goes in within a few weeks. Exterior work is seasonal and books up from spring, so patios and pool decks want organizing over the winter if you have a date in mind.
On the map
Based in Boyertown, working four counties
We run roughly fifty miles out from Boyertown, which covers most of Berks County and good parts of Montgomery, Chester and Lehigh. The full list of towns is on the service areas page.
If you are not sure whether you are in range, call and ask. We would rather tell you honestly than send somebody on a two hour round trip, and we would much rather hear from you than have you assume the answer is no.
Questions
Before you call
A few things worth knowing in advance.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
Not an honest one. Square footage is only half of it, and the other half is what condition the concrete is in, which nobody can tell you down a phone line. The walkthrough is free, it takes half an hour, and you get a real number at the end of it rather than a range that moves once we arrive.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Interior work usually goes in within a few weeks of the walkthrough. Exterior work is seasonal and books up from spring onward, so patios and pool decks want organizing over the winter if you have a date in mind. Jimmy will tell you the real lead time on the call rather than a comfortable one.
What is your service area?
Four counties. All of Berks, a large piece of Montgomery, the northern half of Chester and the southern boroughs of Lehigh, which works out at roughly fifty miles from the shop in Boyertown. The service areas page lists every town we have written up, though plenty of jobs happen in places that are not on that list.
Is the work subcontracted out?
No. Cobra is deliberately small, which means Justyn is on the floor and Jimmy has seen every job that goes out. We could take on more crews and more trucks tomorrow, but the standard is only reliable while we are standing next to it, and the reviews are the thing we would lose first.
Is there anything off for service workers?
There is. Military, police, fire and hospital staff all get a discount, and it has been in place since Cobra started rather than being a seasonal offer. Mention it when you call, because it is applied by hand rather than automatically.
How much mess does the grinding make?
Less than you would expect. The grinders run with dust extraction attached throughout, which captures the great majority of it at source. That is a health matter before it is a housekeeping one, because silica dust off concrete is a real exposure issue, and it is also why we are not filling the rest of your house with gray powder.
While you are here: see the work in the gallery, read about Jimmy and Justyn, browse what we coat, or find your town on the service areas page. You can also reach the form at the top of this contact page at any time.
