What we coat
Six surfaces, one standard
Residential or commercial, indoors or out, the build underneath is the same: open the concrete up, fix what is broken, then lay a system that belongs on that surface. What changes is the flake blend, the texture and the topcoat.
Garage epoxy flooring
The floor that takes the most abuse and shows it first. We grind out the old surface, fill every crack and divot, then lay a coating that shrugs off road salt, hot tires and dropped tools.
Flake epoxy flooring

The install
How a floor actually gets built
Most coatings fail because somebody skipped the prep. This is the part customers keep writing reviews about, so it is the part we will not rush. A floor that was ground properly and repaired before the first coat went down will still look right in ten years. One that was rolled over dusty concrete starts lifting by the second winter.
Grind and repair
We diamond grind the slab down to clean concrete and fill every crack, divot and pit. Nothing gets coated over.
Base coat
An American made base goes down and bonds into the profile we just opened up. This is what holds the floor to the slab.
Broadcast the flake
Flake goes into the wet base by hand until the surface is full. Once it cures we scrape and vacuum it back to an even texture.
Polyaspartic topcoat
A polyaspartic topcoat seals everything in. That is the layer that takes the wear, resists chemicals and gives you the finish you see.

How long does an epoxy floor last?
The coating bonds into the concrete itself rather than sitting on top of it, so it resists staining, moisture and daily wear for many years when it is maintained. Residential interior floors carry our true lifetime warranty, which is the clearest answer we can give you about how long we expect them to hold up.
Are these floors slippery?
No. We broadcast decorative flake across the surface and then seal it under a polyaspartic topcoat, and that combination leaves a texture with real grip. It is the same reason we recommend flake for pool decks and exterior steps, where wet footing matters most.
How long does the install take?
Most residential garages are done in one to two days depending on the size of the slab and how much repair the concrete needs. Larger commercial floors take longer, and we schedule those around your hours so you do not have to close.
Can you fix a floor that is already coated?
Yes. Cracks, divots and worn areas get addressed during the prep stage, and if an existing coating is failing we strip it off before we start. We have taken over more than one job that another contractor left in bad shape.
What color and texture options do I get?
There are multi color flake blends, premium decorative flakes, and finishes that read closer to stone. Jimmy brings samples to the walkthrough and helps match the blend to your space, which is a step customers tell us other companies skip.
Are the floors safe for kids and pets?
Yes. The coatings cure to a hard, non toxic surface, and the flake texture gives kids and dogs better footing than bare sealed concrete. Cleanup is a dust mop and the occasional pass with a mild cleaner.
Will the coating handle a vehicle?
It will. These are commercial grade systems, so hot tires, jack stands and dropped tools do not lift or peel them the way a consumer kit lifts. That difference comes down to the prep and the product, not the color you pick.
How does this compare to a DIY kit?
